We booked this as an emergency place to stay when our previous booking turned out to be fraudulent and non-existent so we really just went for anything that was close by and reasonably priced. This is a top-floor apartment in a suburban area, not too far from Kassel so could be somewhere inexpensive to stay while visiting the city on a budget. For the price we paid, having a full apartment (two double bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom) was pretty decent and it would work well for a family or two couples. Dedicated parking was right outside but there was also plenty of on-street parking available. A good-sized supermarket is within 5 minutes walking distance as well as other shops and fast-food outlets and a public park is only a short walk. We also saw a swimming pool which is attached to the local school but I don't know if it is open to the public.
