The location, ideal for visiting North York Moors and Whitby. The Hostess Julie ,who went out of her way to make you feel at home and her full English Breakfast, cooked to perfection by her.

The host could not do enough for us and made the stay feel like a home from home, the property is spotless with lots of character, the views are beautiful, breakfast was lovely and even though we booked very last minute all dietary requirements were more than catered for, amenities are plenty and the travel connections to Whitby, Middlesborough and other Easy Coast destinations are fantastic.
