We were staying for a family wedding nearby. Convenient location, spacious, clean and well equipped. Would stay here again if ever needed to visit the area again

The property was spacious and very well decorated and presented. Plenty of bathrooms and showers which was perfect for our large group. Table football a big hit and the games chest. Fantastic property.

The pictures don't do this house justice - it's ENORMOUS! It's tastefully and comfortably decorated and is generally clean and in good working order despite being animal friendly - you wouldn't know. The beds were very comfortable and offered flexible accomodation for a big family get together. The big bath was a particular hit. As was the sky glass with netflix. We had some lovely meals around the big table. The location is great in terms of travelling to the rest of the area - 8 minutes to staithes, 15 to saltburn and 25 to Whitby to name but a few. The hosts were lovely and really responsive and obviously really look after the place. There is loads of free parking very close by and the area was very quiet - even on new year's eve. The neighbours were sweet and polite. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again in future.
