Bridge House is an impressive, clever, contemporary development of an older property. Spacious living area, very comfortable, super clean, with bright, modern decor. It’s generously equipped, with several, thoughtful extras, too, and has plenty of plug sockets, several with USB ports, which was so useful. We liked the leafy views from the windows, the comfy, reclining sofas, the wood burner, the extra tv in a bedroom, the decking looking onto the stream and trees, the brilliant gas bbq… and of course, the immaculately maintained hot- tub with woodland views! It provided a fantastic base to explore several of the nearby towns on the coast, like Staithes, Runswick Bay, Whitby etc.
