Best of 3 places I've stayed in Poland so far, run by VERY friendly people. Upscale property, decently clean, quiet, washer/dryer, kitchen, multiple bathrooms, patio/smoking area. I don't watch TV, but there is one on a gimbal in my double-bed room. If you are from the US, it is much nicer than the typical motel experience, for less than half the price. It is confusing to find; instead of the cul-de-sac containing Romanowska 25-35, it is several hundred yards/meters up the road past the Romanowska 27 bus stop on the left, with the number 26 clearly marked and a sign that says "LU-MAN"--the caretakers definitely would have explained that, but I was without phone at the time.

Quiet area. Woke up to roosters crowing. Nice family room. Good refrigerator. Well equipped kitchen. Good parking. Showers. Washing machine. Tv. Bedside power outlets for charging phones. Table and chairs in the room.
