I liked the room, it was very nice and clean, bed and pillows were comfy. They have great coffee and tasty breakfast. Easy to get around the city since a tram stop I just in front of the hotel.

The night desk staff were immensely helpful in dealing with an issue we encountered with the local train authority (MPK). Briefly: two of their 'agents' accosted and fined us, following an issue with a malfunctioning ticket machine on one of the local trams, without allowing us an opportunity to exit the train to seek a functioning machine. The two staff members helped us compose an appeal letter to MPK in Polish (since we don't speak), which we sent the following week.

Friendly staff, you can order delicious food at the lobby restaurant, good value for money. Great location, next to the tram.
