Very central an comfortable. We arrived after midnight but they sent clear instructions with pictures on how to open the gate so that we can park and how to get our room key.

Very nice parking, clear navigation instructions sent via email (very helpful!). The location was great, at the very heart of Łódź. The bed was very comfy.

The reception staff during different shifts were welcoming and helpful. I arrived late at night after another hotel let me down. When I called at midnight to ensure all would be okay, it was such a relief to hear a friendly voice that genuinely sounded happy to welcome me, even at that late hour. The location is great, it is a vibrant street with restaurants and small shops, there is a nice atmosphere. My room was at the front and the windows were ajar when I entered and naturally you hear some noise from beneath but once the windows were closed it was quiet. The room was comfortable. The bed soft and comfy, I slept really well. It was very clean and it was nice to find a good selection of tea and some coffee and even a couple of biscuits. I can’t fault the experience. They kept my luggage after check out. I would gladly return.
