Large and clean room, very good breakfast, convenient parking. I didn’t check the spa and the gym, but having that is a great benefit. Very much appreciate the restaurant at hotel with good food and convenient working hours.

I stayed at the 4-star Ambassador Centrum hotel in Łódź and overall my experience was mixed. One of the best things about the hotel is the spa area. The pool and sauna are included in the price, which is really great. It was definitely the highlight of my stay and a nice place to relax after a long day.

The room was untidy, and the curtains were dirty. Clothes belonging to other residents were found in the room. The overall cleanliness of the room would only merit a score of 5 out of 10. Additionally, the air conditioner was making noise but was not cooling the room at all.
