We stayed here in winter. The property is located in a posh neighborhood of similar houses, features a large garden and spacious terrace. It's been fully renovated inside and outside. It make a pretty place for a summer holiday for a couple. The owners come by every 2-3 to service the heating and remove the trash, so you're not completely alone. Inside the house is highly uncomfortable. Beds are all short, 1.8 m max and with cheap super soft matresses. Most of the doors are in old frames around 1.5m height which makes it extremly challenging to not hit your head by passing the 3 doors from bedroom to the bathroom. The interior is a tasteless mix of rustique and modern style, lamps hang low and block the space. Even though it was winter, the heating was working only 11 hours a day which didn’t keep the owner from charging another full adult rate as we had a 3 year old with us. Internet is a disaster and comes from a year old 4G device that uncharges within hours No place for a family with children or tall persons. .

This gorgeous trulli stay far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't capture how expansive and private the property is: you are surrounded by olive, fig, pine and eucalyptus trees, on the lush mountains above the beautiful Adriatic coast, and there are no neighbors within sight. The views from the front, side and back of the house, as well as from the rooftop, are breathtaking, and a feeling of total tranquility suffuses the space. There is a wonderful mix of traditional and modern furniture, the bedrooms are super cosy, and the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. All the most important towns and beaches are easily reachable by car. We also had the company of the friendliest and cuddliest cat on earth ("Ale"), which made the house feel like a home. But above all, it was the incredible hospitality, kindness and attentiveness of our host Anselmo that made this stay absolutely unforgettable and magical. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything. We can't wait to return.
