The breakfast was home-cooked and original. The host (and cook) was charming and clearly devoted to the building, which he had beautifully restored himself. A little piece of history.

La Cloiserie is situated in the centre of Loches in close proximity to all the historic buildings. It is an old building beautifully restored with the added benefits of the guest rooms overlooking an inner courtyard and therefore protected from any street noise; and it has a garden which is available to guests. Our host was solicitous (there are no "staff") and anxious to ensure that we enjoyed all the benefits of a stay in Loches.
