Heating season is officially considered to be from October 15 to April 15, during which heating costs are included in the price. Outside of this period, heating can be provided at an additional charge: 10 EUR per day for the Deluxe Apartment and 5 EUR per day for the Deluxe Suite.Our check-in times are as follows: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM from May to September, and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM from October to April. If you need a late check-in, kindly request it at the time of booking or, at the latest, within the days following your reservation or up to one day before your arrival when you receive our check-in message. Please note that late check-ins not requested or confirmed in advance will not be accommodated. If guest fails to book for the exact number of persons, and arrive with the more than it was booked, those guests will not be accommodated and no refund will be made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This apartment is a perfect option to rest and relax for those traveling by car. Just a few kilometers away from highway. It also a good base for trips around the charming area. If cycling is your passion, you'll find charming trails here (with almost no car traffic). The apartment itself is comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. Here, you can relax. The hosts have an extremely friendly dog. We recommend this place.
