The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Alessandra (I believe that was her name) was very considerate and informative. Everything went smoothly and the breakfast contained everything we needed.

Location very convenient. Close to the train station, lake, and main bus routes. Staff very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend for family stay.
