Very comfortable and modern hotel with good facilities and pleasant staff. Location is about 15min walk from the old town.

The staff seemed very friendly and the location is good, close to the centre and the main road for Ascona.

The location was good. It was close to the train station, it was not too far nor complicated to find a hotel even though we had to take a bus to get there. The breakfast also good. Everything was filled with the Swiss products and fresh breads. The room and other facilities were clean and neat. Especially, the staffs were super nice and gentle. They directly helped us to get the ticino ticket when we checked in. And everytime we went to the receiption, they greeted us with gentle smile. There was a small mistake where the requested service was not properly completed, although it didn’t cause us any major inconvenience, we appreciated that it was not overlooked and that they responded with an apology and appropriate action. It was something that could have easily been overlooked, but I was impressed by the attentiveness in remembering and taking care of it. If I go to Locarno, I would stay again in this hotel.

Lovely hotel this was our second time to use it. In a nice quiet area yet only a short bus journey to the centre. Staff very helpful and would recommend for a stay in Locarno.
