It was self catering but it was a very well equipped kitchen. The host Jackie happened to be about when we arrived and she was so welcoming. The cottage is first class, we couldn’t fault it at all. It is well situated to drive into Edinburgh town centre. Jackie has thought out everything you will need and has not scrimped on anything. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything, the host, the garden was beautiful. If we could pick it up and move it to where we live, it would be a forever home. So yeah we liked our stay.

A classy and superb cottage in a quiet but convenient location. Decorated and furnished with high quality and style. Offering everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My family of four found the cottage a perfect base to explore Lothian and Edinburgh.

The cottage was amazing. The perfect cosy stop over for a few days. The owners had thought of everything and even left a delightful greetings card for us arriving. The cleanliness of the property was also exceptional. I can't wait to come back again.
