The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each passenger in the group at check-in. In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights, specifically: For child under 1 m tall, his/her converted age is under 4 years For child under 1.4 m tall, his/her converted age is between 4 and 12 years For taller child, his/her converted age is above 12 years

Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We are English speaking but did not find it an obstacle. Nothing that Google translate could not fix.
