Sindu “A perfect hotel for a single woman and her dog”

I was very impressed with both duty managers that I met on 12 and 13 February. In particular the duty manager called Silvia was so helpful. Her attention to myself and my pet dog who I travelled with was superb. I frequently travel with my dog to hotels and this is the first time in 6 years a hotel provided a dog bed and a large bowl for food and water. The room I was given on the 4th floor (room 410) is the perfect room for staying in with a pet. It is spacious with a door to separate the large hallway from the bedroom. Travellers with large suitcases have ample room to place these in the hallway. When it is raining you can keep your damp shoes and umbrella to dry in the hallway. There is a very large closet to hang your clothes. Room 410 is in a very quiet corner at the back of the hotel. This is particularly helpful when a traveller stays at the weekend and tends to sleep early. I liked the decor of the bedroom, the comfortable bed and the work desk. The bathroom had a modern decor with two washbasins that will be useful when travelling as a couple. The reception area has lovely decor and a comfortable sofa. The options of fresh lemon or fresh orange water to drink from the reception is an excellent touch. All the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Aina. Thanks to the lady who cleaned my room for 2 days. She cleaned everything to the highest standard. I travelled by car and parked inside the hotel car park. When travellers arrive from the bus or train station it is less than 10 minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet street with no shops or plaza nearby. This neighbourhood is very safe to walk around at night time and early in the morning. There are bakeries that open early in the morning if you choose not to eat your breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Very reasonable kind price and decent & tidy room to stay. Value for money. Easy access to the conference hall. Walking distance from the Lleida station.

Zenit was great! Very clean and quiet. It's a bit more expensive for Leida but it's right in the city center.
