It was my husband, my 4 and 7 year old Daughters and me staying there for a week at the end of October - beginning of the November. The property was a perfect size for us and really did feel like luxury, especially after a day of climbing mountains. Heated flooring, log burner, that beautiful bath, the bed felt like a cloud every night (I even ended up buying a new mattress when I got home)...honestly couldn't ask for anything more! The location of this property is perfect if you want to get away from the rat race, feel in the middle of nowhere but in the middle of everywhere to explore the Brecon Beacons. The owners are so lovely, helpful but also not intrusive at all! Such down to earth people and really couldn't do enough for us. - thank you for the Welcome hamper, supplying the basic things like soap, milk, coffee, dishwasher tabs etc...oh and the Halloween treats for my girls, you made their day! The accommodation is an old converted milk shed with old photos of what it looked like to the progress to get to this beautiful holiday home. Its done up to such a High standard including the furnishings. I'm still day dreaming about those beautiful beams and bath. It was so quiet every night and exciting to see what view we were going to get in the morning over the valley. Thank you/Diolch Del and Adrian, you've built such a gem of a place, it was really a treat of a break for us and is in our top 3 of places we've stayed in.

We had the most amazing time staying in this cottage. The weather was really horrible but that was OK because we had this amazing cottage to spend time in and cosy up in front of the log burner. It's absolutely stunning with everything you could wish for, plus most important of all, it is ultra dog friendly. Ours pups felt really at home and settled immediately!

The area it’s in is perfect for wanting a peaceful holiday. The property is very modern and well thought out! Hosts are welcoming, friendly and very helpful with recommendations of places to walk/local restaurants etc. Completely exceeded our expectations, photos don’t do it justice!
