The room offers stunning views over the lake, creating a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the natural soundtrack (the beautiful sounds of birds and even sheep in the distance). Sitting on the balcony, simply relaxing and taking in the scenery, was an amazing experience. Rob and Maggie were incredibly welcoming and genuinely lovely hosts, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed here while visiting Hafren Forest and Powis Castle, and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

The property was in a beautiful setting just a short drive from Llanidloes. The owners were so attentive and knowing we had an early start for an ultra marathon the next morning made sure we had some breakfast before leaving.
