The location of the property is excellent - a sense of being in the countryside whilst having a bustling town within a walkable distance. The property is compact and has a separate entrance and an enclosed balcony which is handy for those who bring a dog or for sitting to enjoy a cuppa in the sunshine. The property is an annexe that is integral to the house of the owners who are very pleasant and helpful, and are close by for dealing with any queries and offering helpful local tips.

Our hosts Sue and Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had a happy and comfortable stay. Always there to help, nothing too much trouble. The property has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. The spectacular views the peacefulness and the location within walking distance on the beautiful canal towpath to Horseshoe Falls, Chainbridge Hotel, Llangollen town and its many shops restaurants and cafes, riverside walk and the train station.
