Excellent location and beautiful surroundings house was amazing above and beyond expectations so comfortable clean and had everything we needed service was exceptional and so so helpful couldn’t do enough for you we loved our stay and will definitely be back !

We stayed at the end of October when the weather was getting cooler. This is an excellent place for a large extended family group. The farmhouse was warm once the heating had been turned on. Guests need to be aware that drafts do come through the windows and under the doors. We solved this by rolling towels up and placing them over the drafts. The spa pool was clean. The kitchen well fitted out. Wifi was available but the signal not strong - you couldn't work remotely with it. A big positive was two bedrooms had their own ensuite. The third bedroom had access as an ensuite to a bathroom that the 4th bedroom also used. The farmhouse is good value for what it offers.

The house was better than expected, the pictures did not do it justice. Incredibly clean place, a big place for a family of 15. All amenities are provided from a washing machine to a dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Although it did not list some of it. Good size and clean facilities. The garden had such beautiful views of the mountains, and we got a beautiful view sitting on the swing bench in the mornings. Lovely and quiet. An exceptional location, we managed to visit a lot of places that were within an hour's reach. Plenty of things to do locally too. The town centre of Llangollen is absolutely beautiful, with lots of friendly people.
