The continental breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. The room had unbeatable views of the river, surrounding countryside and the heritage railway over the river. The room was comfortable and was kept clean on a daily basis. It was perfect for our holiday base.

The location of this hotel is stunning, we had a river view room with a balcony. The views were beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely bar area for drinks. The walks around are lovely and a 40 minute walk to the local town. Free parking is handy too. Room was freshened up between nights which was lovely. Recommend this hotel!
