Choice of options for breakfast great and a perfect cup of coffee . Location central two minutes away from half a dozen restaurants , the balcony at the back of the hotel bonus sunshining or raining.

Really good location, good facilities, great cafe and good staff, only minor issue was slightly noisy as we were the first room at the top of the stairs on the front. So quite noisy being on the high street with the late night drinkers (not the hotels fault!) & early in the morning with the keen white water rafters. So not much sleep on the first night. I think that is room dependant though. In all a really good place and does what it says on the tin.
