House was great for a family get together. The 3 double bedrooms, bathroom & downstairs toilet were perfect. Plenty of room in the kitchen & round the dining table. Location was great with a short walk into town on to the river / canal. Walked to the aqueduct & had lunch at The Aqueduct Inn which was lovely. Parking outside was great. Terrace looking over the river looked great but it was a bit cold to appreciate fully.

A beautifully kept property on the banks of the river Dee. Open the patio doors and you can hear the sound of the flowing river. Great parking space . Easy to walk into Llangollen . The property itself is warm cozy clean and spacious

We loved our stay! Great location for walking into Llangollen and an excellent base for sight seeing. The beds were super comfy and being able to park on the drive was handy. The balcony and river views are amazing! It would be great to visit in the summer and spend more time out there.
