Lovely hosts, nice clean large room. Lovely breakfast. Ideal location to explore Llangollen

Good location close to Llangollen centre, up a hill so you might struggle if disabled . Plenty of free parking at the back of property. Very clean, nice hosts. Room was cosy clean and warm. Shower nice. All good in the room.

We liked that the breakfast was tailored for us and cooked fresh and tasty. We loved the room and the warm feel it gave and the comfyness of it all and the shower was amazing! Really good parking facilities and location. Very satisfied!

Lovely welcome on arrival at the property. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Only a minor comment would be about having a mirror near to a plug for when using the hairdryer.
