Early check-ins cannot be accommodated.Guests arriving early should proceed to the pay-and-display car park next door and pay to cover their parking until check-in time at 16:00. Upon check-in, guests will be given a parking permit for free parking during their stay. Permits are limited to 1 per room reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Very spacious accomodation. 2 nice easy chairs. Good bathroom faciities. Bed linen very clean. Great location.

It’s centrally located and it came with a free parking permit - Chris helpfully reminded us to show it permit side up. Bed was extremely comfy, kitchen was well appointed with lots of storage space and lots of tea bags and loo roll were supplied . The water is always hot and the shower is powerful even if the water does come into the bathroom when the shower is used. Dressing table in bedroom but no light or socket near it

Very comfotable bed and funiture. Clean. Everything worked (except I couldn't figure out how to let water out of the bath-very strange). No breakfast but usual instant cofee and Welsh tea available. Nice and cool on a very hot day.

Very convenient for town and Eisteddfod. Nice cool building in hot weather. The parking permit was an added advantage.
