The staff were lovely, great food and choice of drink and it catered for all tastes! The bar was very lively and dining room quieter, so you could move to wherever you fancied! The rooms were really comfortable and I had possibly the best night of sleep I had!

Comfortable beds, pillows etc, everything we needed in the room and staff were warm and friendly.

As soon as we got there we were greeted by a friendly staff member who checked us in and explained everything to us. Another member of staff showed us to our room which was very good. All meals we had were very generous in size and absolutely delicious. If we are in the area again Cain Valley Hotel will be our choice of accommodation.
