Great location to explore Asturias (sea coast and inland) and great value for money. Very friendly and helpful host. Comfortable apartment, good soundproofing, isolated, close to the main road and equipped with everything we needed (well equipped kitchen, wifi and smart tv in living room, large and very comfortable double bed, large balcony overlooking the large courtyard). The apartments villa is just 15 minutes walk to downtown Llanes or to El Toro beautiful beach to the Cantabrian Sea. There are two supermarkets, one in walking distance and another on a 5-minute drive. Definitely, we recommended this newly built and modern location; for sure we will return.

100% perfect in every way. This modern, clean, spacious apartment, in large grounds, with plenty of off road parking. Super friendly hosts too, a short stroll away from beautiful Llanes' centre and that wonderful harbour and beaches. We'll be back.

This accom is excellent throughout. Very modern apt with fab facilities, sitting room, kitchen bathroom & bedroom were excellent. Seperate laundry facility also available. Good size balcony looking out on to lovely garden. Parking on site free Owner extremely helpful couldn't do enough. Within 7 mins walk to Llanes centre and 10 mins walk to the beach. Overall an excellent stay
