Very friendly staff - good location of hotel as it's near big shops and retail park. We stayed for a wedding which was in the gower. The night porter helped us check in and she was lovely. The rooms were basic but they had air con which was perfect! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good as was the evening meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and met are needs. Staff very friendly

The staff were helpful and solved a mistake very quickly. Check in and out were super easy too. The location is great because your surrounded by restaurants and shops and have loads to do with in driving distance from the hotel. Noise wasn't an issue either.
