Absolutely beautiful location with a lively river and birds chattering, we loved the setting and the privacy. There was an owl hooting and one morning we could hear peacock/hens calling. We slept really well in the warm dry wagon and enjoyed making our fire in the evenings and relaxing for the evening with some music, drinks, soup and buttery bread that we took with us. The cabin with the kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom was so welcome, especially when the fire wasn’t enough to keep us warm one night (it is March in Wales after all!). If one person enjoys a lie-in the other can go and make tea and hang out in the cabin without waking the other. This stay is for people with grit and determination to enjoy themselves. If you love tent camping like i do then this place will feel like the Ritz compared to roughing it on a busy noisy campsite. Loved it
