Lovely presented property, very clean and comfortable for our needs and expectations. Lovely views and peaceful. We had a nice welcome pack, which we enjoyed. The kabin had everything we needed.

We loved our break at the Kabin in the woods, we enjoyed the amazing views, it was well equipped, peaceful and quiet location, clean and tidy. Lovely host and would definitely recommend. We would be looking to stay again in the future.

The Kabin was private and clean, it had a fence surrounding it so it was perfect for our dog (although we kept the gate open as the area around is great for dogs to run around in). Facilities were clean and all stocked up with everything you could need (tea, coffee, first aid, toilet roll, towels, all cooking equipment). The big selling point is of course the hot tub which again is very private and has amazing views overlooking the Welsh valleys and fields. The tub was ready for our arrival and the hostess responded quickly to any queries we had. You are also provided with 2 bathrobes. There was a L size and XL size, and both suited us great. (The hot tub also has Bluetooth speakers available which was a huge hit for us!). There is a small table with umbrella next to the hot tub and the Kabin has some seating out the front which was perfect for our morning tea overlooking the countryside. A BBQ is also provided but we didn’t end up using that (we chose takeaway instead but despite the remote location, takeaway shows up surprisingly quick). The bathroom door is not within the main Kabin itself, there is a separate door leading into a room with a huge shower and very modern and clean bathroom. This wasn’t a problem for us as the weather has been kind and we didn’t mind the separate door. The Kabin had a general refuse, recycling, food, and separate dog waste. The welcome pack given has all of the information you need to know. (Including local vets which was an amazing touch). This place is not only dog friendly, it’s dog welcoming. As this was my partners birthday getaway, Fenella kindly put out some light decoration and fresh flowers with a bottle of bubbly for the occasion which was very thoughtful and she also gave us the privacy we needed unless we had a query. (as the Kabin is located behind her property). It’s a luxurious feeling sitting in the hot tub watching the sun go down enjoying the peace with a glass of something fizzy.
