Bed and Breakfast Overview

On Llandudno’s seafront, this established family-owned guest house features bright and cosily furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy its award-winning garden and hearty, full English breakfasts.
Each of the warmly decorated rooms offers a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can make use of a TV, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. Please note that the property does not have wheelchair access.
Guests can relax in the residents lounge, which overlooks the sea.
The North Wales Theatre is just 400 metres away. Mostyn Champneys Retail Park and Oriel Mostyn Gallery is just a 5-minute walk away. Llandudno Rail Station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Great Orme Tramway is 5 minutes away by car.

The fine print
Please note that the property is not suitable for guests with mobility problems, as it has no lift. The property is accessed via 7 steps up to the front door and there are 13 stairs to the basement dining room.
One small dog is only allowed in the self-catering apartment and certain rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted to sleep on the beds and are not allowed in the breakfast room. The Oasis reserves the right to charge for any extra cleaning or damage caused by dogs.
Please note that guests will need to bring their own baby cot if staying with an infant aged two years and under. Infants are not allowed to sleep in the guest's bed.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
