Very clean spacious room with bath, separate shower, storage and a lovely little seating area! Breakfast was fabulous and hosts were absolutely lovely people. The Kenmore felt very warm and welcoming throughout our stay and the little extra touches ie trays on each floor with extra milks, coffees and tea bags were an excellent idea. If only everywhere else did this!

Very clean and in a great location. On arrival, we were given a map, and a guide highlighting places to eat and drink, with dog-friendly spots clearly marked. Karen and David were very warm and welcoming
