The staff were brilliant very friendly and welcoming...the hotel needs money spent on it ..its a very old hotel with a lot of history so it should have the TLC given to it to bring it back to the good old days ...my stay here was 1 of the things on my bucket list to do before I die as I have been coming to Llandudno since i was a very young child 😅..I had a really lovely stay and the entertainment staff put in 150% to make the holiday makers have fun....Big Thank you to them....
