Hotel was lovely but the room we had was tired and in need of updating. Mattress was too hard for my liking

Love this hotel, yes it is a bit rough around the edges, but the location and sea view room we booked were exceptional so no complaints here. Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Our second visit here, and will be booking again next year.

Nothing was too much trouble, staff were so friendly, it's nice to feel valued when customer service elsewhere in the UK is at an all time low. Special thanks to jasmine who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
