The Grafton Guest House is located along Llandudno’s beautiful Promenade, offering stunning sea views and modern en-suite rooms. Guests enjoy free WiFi and parking, along with a variety of breakfast options served in our bright sea-view dining room. Llandudno’s many attractions are just a short walk along the Victorian Promenade. We understand the increasing cost of travel and everyday living. To help our guests enjoy a more relaxed and affordable stay, we’ve introduced a dedicated basic guest dining room for use during late afternoon and evenings, where evening takeaway meals can be enjoyed. This is in addition to our charming garden—perfect for spring and summer evenings. We hope these facilities add extra comfort and flexibility during your stay. Each en-suite room includes flat-screen TVs, a seating area, and alarm clocks. We also provide hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities, and some rooms feature beautiful views of the sea or Snowdonia National Park. Towels and toiletries are provided in every room. Breakfast includes a range of cereals, toast, fruit juices, and cooked options to suit all tastes. The Grafton Guest House is just a 2-minute walk from a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and only 5 minutes from Venue Cymru, Wales’ top theatre. Llandudno Train Station is 10 minutes away, and the town boasts two beautiful beaches, excellent shopping, and a wide selection of dining options. A Grade II listed building dating back to the 1860s, The Grafton retains many original features, including large period windows and rooms with high ceilings, giving it a timeless charm that blends modern comforts with historic elegance.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the property, it was amazing from start to finish. The place was very neat and clean, and everything we needed was provided thoughtfully and on time. The breakfast was amazing, and the service was just as impressive. The hot food was especially delicious and really stood out. What truly made our stay special were the owners, Laurie and Paul. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, taking great care of us throughout our visit. They also suggested some great plans for our trip. We were planning to trek Mount Snowdon, but due to a yellow/orange wind warning, Paul wisely advised us not to go as it wasn’t safe. something we really appreciated. The view from our room was amazing, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Their kind gestures and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay. Laurie and Paul would be one of those people in our life whom we will never forget. We may cherish our memories of our trip when we are old and they might flash through our mind too :)
