Friendly staff. Upgraded room comfortable and fantastic outlook. Breakfast fantastic. Proprietor couldn't do enough for us from local advice to local amenities.

St Hilary is a very good family run guest house,i would recommend it for anyone staying a few days in llandudno.There is street parking in front to pay 10until 4 ,street parking behind free.The breakfast is very tasty and very good value,all in all a very nice home from home

From arriving and leaving, we had such exceptional, professional and friendly service. We were greeted by a young gentleman who welcomed us with a smile and helped us with the door. We were on the top floor so we were away from the noise of the main road. The young gentleman asked if he could help but we're okay. That was a lovely gesture from him and so professional. The room was so cosy and decorated for valentine's day and it was just that little touch that made it feel all the more welcoming and included. We didn't book a sea view but overlooking the hills of Llandudno was just as beautiful and seeing the birds in the morning was lovely. We are a gay couple and to be spoken to and treated with such respect and inclusiveness made us feel all the more welcomed and accepted. We can't thank the staff enough. They had a cute little dining area and a lounge with books, music and a fireplace with drinks available. The attention to detail is wonderful and everywhere you look, the little details they've added makes it more personal and shows that they take pride in their guest house. We had a little issues our second night there but they got on it right away and rectified the issues and added a little sweetener to say sorry. It wasn't needed but we accepted and thanked them so much. It's things like this that makes people wanted to come back again and again. We had to leave a day early due to issues with the trains but they were understanding with this. We will surely be back again in the future.
