The property had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Within walking distance of town centre and the sea and beaches.

Comfortable and spacious flat with a lovely feel about it. Well equipped with all that was needed. There is a Co-op on the ground floor (open early til late) so you never get stuck for provisions. We also found a great Asian supermarket on the opposite corner called Carmen's. Lovely Cafe Vino, and a bakery adored by my daughter (Benjamin's Artisan) and a real community feel about this mini suburb of Llandudno. However you are only one minute's walk from the promenade and 15 mins into town. Great street views as it's on the third floor. The living/dining room has a table and chairs in the bay window so you can really watch the world go by, or in my case the buses. It's a bus watcher's paradise! There are also bus stops really near the entrance.of the flat, with buses going into Llandudno, and to West Shore, Conwy, Bangor and Rhyl. The beds were great, living room very comfortable, a nice deep bath, and we enjoyed the board games. We had a lovely week here and were very sorry to leave.

Room layout was brill Building it is in was really quirky especially how the flats are all laid out Great views up and down the road Extra pull out bed not mentioned 😅 Good sized tv Everything needed for a comfortable stay : cutlery, dishes. Iron, hair dryer etc Beds were super comfy, wouldn't mind knowing what mattresses they were using :) Co op just below so great if you need anything Take away with great food across the road Short walk to the beach which is good way to get to the centre without driving Close to larger shops Very quiet neighbours Great street parking (never had an issue finding a space
