Everything. Me and my partner cannot fault this magnificent B&B at all! Facilities were beyond perfect. The bed is one of the comfiest we've ever used. I loved all the little personal touches that you just don't get with the likes of a Premier Inn or Travelodge. First impressions upon walking in, we had a very warm welcome from Jackie, who invited us in, and immediately me and my partner were gobsmacked by the decor and cleanliness. Jackie then gave us a tour of the truly remarkable living space and dining room before escorting us to our room. Upon entering our room, we were yet again stunned! The on suite shower room was immaculate, the bed magnificent, not a speck dust or grime anywhere. Compared to the Premier Inn me and my partner would usually book in llandudno. Our room was gleaming and I must say, smelt like by late grandmother's house which made it feel just like home. As for the breakfast, it was absolutely beyond perfect, cooked by Dave, who is also very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was far better than any Premier Inn breakfast, the whole experience felt more personal than the Premier Inn. I would recommend Jackie and Dave sign up to Four in a Bed, but I have no doubt the other contestants, and indeed, the producers would accuse them of cheating with everything being truly exceptional and perfect. In conclusion, Mulberry House is one of the best, if not the only best B&B in llandudno and can not recommend enough! If I could rate it a million out of ten, I would in a heartbeat.

Everything!! Gorgeously decorated throughout the property spotlessly clean with a unique fragrance that’s just so welcoming.

Excellent location, just 4 mins walk to the pier and the beach. Absolutely smashing breakfast.
