The owners Mick and Gail were so welcoming and brilliant hosts. Breakfast was fabulous room so comfy and clean. Fantastic location and the parlour tea room on site was lovely the homemade cakes were so delicious and the coffee and walnut is the best I have tasted.

Mick and Gail were excellent host and location was very convenient for the Pier and Promenade. Plenty of shops also within walking distance.
