The room was spacious, pretty modern, and clean, with a good choice of coffee, tea, and treats at the room coffee station. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed a few games of pool. The location was exceptional, a few steps away from the beach, promenade, and pier.

All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Special mention to Alex and Suzanne our waitress who went above expectations. She was polite and friendly, always with a smile. Breakfast was exceptional! Lits of choice of cold and hot. The hot breakfasts were lovely with good quality produce. If we come back to Llandudno, we would definitely book LC again. Thank you for a lovely week.

i thought the welcome from the staff was so lovely, it makes a big difference, the location of the hotel could not be better, the breakfast we really good nice and hot quality ingredients, lots of choice, would certainly go back. re reserved parking at that was really useful, shower was clean and hot, with some nice treats with the room tea and coffee, beds were really comfy.
