Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Had good choice of breakfast . Good Central location for anyone to visit on foot to the beach, or the choice of public transport or by car for further exploration of Llandudno. Superb All Round. Enjoyed our stay, Thank You. We will be back .

The reception staff and the night porter could not do enough to help. They were so wonderfully helpful. The bathroom also felt new and everything felt clean and fresh
