The hotel was ideally located. The staff were great and helpful. The room/bathroom were excellent. Amazing view of the promenade and the sea. Breakfast choice and quality were very good. The phot of the sunset on the Little Orme was spectacular.

We have used the conservatory at the front numourous times to have a drink. We always like it there. We did enjoy having our breakfast there which was good. The pool facilities were OK nice and quiet. The staff are friendly and work hard.

The hotel parking was only described in full just before we went, however, we managed to get a spot outside which would be difficult in summer. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Confusion over evening meal and where you could order as only directed to the resteraunt which needed to be booked. But found out you could eat anywhere from bar as well as resteraunt menu. Resteraunt limited ( later added a specials menu) and a little on expensive side. Bar food reasonable and very good, also good portions. Leisure centre looked good on pictures not used as closed at 1930 on a Sunday so would be rushed and on the next day our departing day we could not use as you needed to change in your room, still have access to your room as the changing room was for external members only. Breakfast was odd. Told we could take any table, great Sat with sea view. Then nothing... Plenty of staff not offered menue, tea coffee as we then saw others being offered. Helped our self's to coffee jugs nearby. Breakfast was good from buffet bar area. Stayed for another coffee again poured by ourselves though we could see others being offered top ups. Staff did clear our table.

Everything from the the cleaning staff to all the staff in the hotel and a big shout out to Charlotte in reception for sorting out flowers at the last minute for my partner’s birthday. Will will definitely be going back again.
