Ann and Dave were excellent hosts! Extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The place was very clean and tidy had all the facilities in the room, kettle tea coffee milk delicious biscuits also Bed was very comfortable plus a good size bathroom. Bonnie was a complete pleasure to be around wish we could take her home. 🐾 Property is very close to all amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely b&b in the heart of Llandudno. Friendly owners who were really helpful and allowed us to park on the drive even after check out. Bonnie the dog was equally as welcoming! Really nice modern room with everything you needed. Will definitely be back - highly recommend.

It’s one of the nicest cleanest hotels I have stayed in around Llandudno, the owners where very welcoming and nothing was ever too much for them, highly recommend and I will be staying here again
