Second time here and just as good as the first. Love the proximity of the town centre. Room was very cosy and the hosts were excellent company. Breakfast was excellent too.

Clean ,comfortable, nice breakfast , close to the promenade and it's easy to get to lots of places of interest. Saw Seals and Porpoise within a mile of the property.

Lovely welcome. Clean hotel and room, quiet and within walking distance of all local amenities, the Orme etc.
