Everything about the property was simply perfect. James and Jackie are such wonderful hosts. James is very knowledgable about Llandudno. We had a very warm and friendly welcome from them both. James presented us with a map of the area which was helpful with some great recommendations of local pubs and restaurants to visit The accommodation has such a warm and friendly feel about it,very well looked after very clean and tidy We stayed over the Easter holidays and when we checked into our room we were left and Easter egg which we both thought was so thoughtful The breakfast selection was really good and the portions were very generous We really liked the location of the hotel an enjoyable walk into the centre along the promenade

The Breakfast was cooked perfect great selection 👍 the bedroom was spotless with a lovely view,Jackie and James were perfect hosts they couldn’t do enough for you made our holiday perfect would definitely book them again.

from being greeted at the door to leaving, our stay was very good. i have stayed in lots of different types of accommodation, but this is definitely 10+ the house is spotless, room with a sea view fantastic. nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. if you are in Llandudno when the season starts again, this is a guest house that you should stay in
