Absolutely everything. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the decor was amazing. Mark and Tracey were wonderful hosts, we felt like we had known them for years. It was raining when we arrived so we were so grateful to have a telephone call saying we could go in early. Fantastic service.

Our hosts greeted us on arrival with all the relevant information, they were so welcoming. The whole property is brightly decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and the location excellent. Topped off by chocolates and birthday card for hubbie on the breakfast table such a lovely personal touch.

We loved everything about our stay from the communication prior to arrival , the early check in, the very warm welcome from Mark and Tracey on arrival, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and all the rooms are very unique ,the room was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable , the bathroom was beautiful, the breakfasts were amazing with plenty of choice, it was like a home from home Mark and Tracey are fantastic hosts that can't do enough for you they make you feel really welcome and nothing is too much trouble we will definitely return on our next stay to Llandudno , highly recommended, thankyou to Mark and Tracey
