Very nice seaside location, great views and the bed was very comfortable. There is a shower with a working heater and there's a decent desk to work and a great view of the town and seaside from our hotel room. The guesthouse is decorated very nicely in theme with boat paddles and in cool beach theme houses.

Cheryl was very welcoming on arrival and told us about the hotel and also told us a few things about the area and handed us a map which we found very helpful. Room 3 was our room and was very clean and very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Loved the 'beach hut' design for the bathroom!! Breakfast was lovely and hot. They couldn't do enough for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we visit Llandudno again we will definitely be booking here. Thank you all!

Cheryl and David were fantastic, they made us feel very at home and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked each morning with the choice of fruit and pastries also. Our room was the top floor so we got partial view of the ocean but it was beautiful nonetheless.
