Everything was perfect with the place, it's an old style building with amazing history and 10 foot ceilings, lots of old decor and well preserved as well ! Very well looked after ! The rooms were amazing, each I assume had their own feel where as your normal hotel or b&b they're all similar standard rooms. We had to swap rooms due to booking so I'd recommend ringing them to book as there won't be any complications with Julia and Paul. But we did get to see two rooms and the lay out was similar but a different theme ! It was beautiful. Paul and Julia were both very lovely people, very helpful and Paul would of probably helped us change a car tyre if needed. Super helpful and nice ! The location was amazing only down side is parking but you get a permit. That can't be helped as it's a prom but we didn't actually have any issues. All in all well worth the money we paid. Beautiful building, lovely accommodation, amazing staff and the breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from as well !

This is a lovely old building in a prime position with a sea view from our room(5) . The room and hotel in general is very clean and bedding/towels spotless. Breakfast freshly cooked quality food and Paul is a very good host.
