Quiet, peaceful, lovely countryside surroundings, seeing deer first thing in the morning just a few yards from the lodge.

The hosts, Peter and Sue made us very welcome and have great local knowledge. The lodge is quite small but very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had plenty of power and hot water. Having an enclosed meadow on our doorstep was great both for us and our dog. We were able to do some lovely walks from the property. Unfortunately we were only staying for 3 nights and didn't get chance to use the summerhouse and bbq facilities... Next time!
