The location was beautiful, the locals were friendly. the overall feel of the place was warm and welcoming

“A lovely cottage in a greta location to explore a lovely part of Wales”
16 May 2025
Great kitchen and comfy lounge to relax after a days walking. The three bedrooms are upstairs and the lounge, kitchen and bathroom are down stairs. Beds are comfy and we slept very well. Welsh cakes, tea and coffee as well as a loaf of bread and some milk were very welcome. Frank was a great host and very helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this cottage enough

“Brilliant stay in beautiful Wales”
24 Apr 2025
Beautiful location in Wales. The kitchen/dining room was great for our family. The small village was in walking distance and our teenagers loved it, also there was a small playing field with football goals up the road from the accommodation so that was a bonus. We took our dog too and she had the best holiday. The host were very friendly.

“Superb”

Fantastic weekend away at the cottage which is clean, comfortable and has everything that you would need (including Angus the dog who will play with you all day if you throw a ball for him!). Frank is extremely friendly and will suggest places to visit, we used it as a base to explore Ruffin. The Raven Inn is around a 10 minute walk and is highly recommended, it is a community run pub and has a very friendly atmosphere with good food and beers from Welsh breweries, a torch is a good idea if you will be walking back in the dark (there is one provided at the property)
