The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order. We loved the cosy lounge areas for guests to use. Free tea and coffee with fresh milk was much appreciated, too. Location was great and just what we wanted. The owners were friendly and very helpful.

We recently stayed at Lake View for the weekend. We would highly recommend Amy and James’ hospitality. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything. Great location, comfortable facilities and the breakfast was amazing! Freshly prepared and delicious. 5 star!!

Had a lovely stay with Amy and James. Amy is the perfect hostess and makes everyone feel very welcome. Room was great with comfortable beds. Delicious home cooked breakfast including a delicious vegan option. Thanks Amy, we will be back!

An impressive stay! Amy and James were very accommodating! This is a convenient place for people wanting a quiet yet nearby location for hiking up Snowdon Summit via Llanberis path. The breakfast was the perfect portion and you must order the Bailey’s hot chocolate 😋 Definitely coming back here!

The hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. The shared areas were very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked.

Liked the location near to the lake and the Snowdon railway. The owners were delightful. Very warm welcome. Exceptionally clean. Everything you’d want for a few days in Snowdonia

The hotel was about 1.2 miles from the centre of Llanberis. A good bus service just across the road which we used. Beautiful cooked breakfast and lovely hosts. The only negative would be if you were disabled as the stairs going to the bedrooms are very steep. Amy however carried our bags upstairs.
